A efectos de la ley LO15 / 1999, de 13 de diciembre, que se ocupa del tratamiento de la información personal y Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, nos gustaría informarle de lo siguiente:

A.- Los datos facilitados por el usuario serán incorporados a un fichero cuya responsabilidad, propiedad y gestión es de Congresual SLL, que es responsable del uso de dicha información. La datos fiscales de Congresual SLL son: CIF B-37495116 y domicilio: C / Camelias 470. CP 37449 Galindo y Perahuy (Salamanca). La base de datos está inscrita en el Registro General de Bases de Datos y cuenta con el código requerido, que es asignado por la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

B.- Congresual SLL garantiza la confidencialidad de toda la información proporcionada por el usuario. La obtención y gestión de los datos se realiza siguiendo estrictos niveles de seguridad, aparte de los niveles exigidos por la ley con el fin de asegurar que la información confidencial no se puede perder ni ser obtenida por terceros.

C.- Siguiendo la legislación vigente, todos los usuarios tienen el derecho de acceder, modificar o cancelar su / sus datos personales. Si el usuario decide cancelar la información personal previamente dada a Congresual SLL después de que el usuario cierra la sesión, toda la información confidencial se borrará del sistema, excepto la información relacionada con fines históricos o estadísticos.

Con el fin de modificar la información mencionada anteriormente, el usuario debe hacerlo por escrito, mediante el envío de la solicitud a Congresual por correo ordinario a la siguiente dirección:

Regarding the L.O.15/1999 law of December 13, which deals with the treatment of personal information and databases, we would like to inform you of the following:
 
 A.- The data provided by the user will be added to a database which is kept, owned and managed by Congresual SLL, and Congresual SLL the responsible party for any use of such information. The fiscal information of Congresual SLL is: CIF B-37495116 and address: C/ Camelias 470 .  CP 37449  Galindo y Perahuy (Salamanca). The database is being registered in the General Register for Databases and it has the required code, which is assigned by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
 
 B.- Congresual SLL guarantees the confidentiality of all the information provided by the user. The obtaining and management of the data is done following strict levels of security apart from the levels required by law in order to assure that such confidential information may not be lost nor obtained by a third party.
 
 C.- Following the current legislation, all users of Congresual SLL Server have the right to enter, modify or cancel his/her personal data. If the user chooses to cancel the personal information previously given to Congresual SLL, after the user logs off, all confidential information will be erased from the system, except information related to historical or statistical purposes.
 
 In order to modify the previously mentioned information, the user must do so in writing, by sending a formal allowance to Congresual  by regular mail to the following address:

Cancelaciones de la reserva por escrito:

Hasta 30 dias antes de la fecha de llegada, 45 euros de gastos de cancelación.
Entre 15 y 30 dias antes de la fecha de llegada, 50% de gastos de cancelación.
No habrá reembolso para cancelaciones dentro de los 15 días previos a la fecha de llegada.

Todas las devoluciones se llevarán a cabo una vez finalizada la Reunión.

Your reservation will only be confirmed when the payment has been made and on condition that it was requested in writing beforehand.
Hotel cancellation in writing:

Until 30 days before your arrival, 45 euros for cancellation expenditures.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival, 50% for cancellation expenditures.
There will be no refund if you cancel your reservation during the 15 previous days before your arrival.

All your money will be refunded once the conference is over.
